SWIS 2015 Vol.023 - SWIS Rehab Presenters-Delegates - Demonstrating Their Favorite Rehab for Specific Weight Training Injuries - Video
Most trainers, therapists and doctors troll the internet looking for the next greatest rehab exercise for their clients. They follow the "guru's" on facebook or instagram hoping to learn some new rehab technique that will help themselves and their clients to the next level.
So my goal is to bring the internet to the presentation stage by getting all the internet rehab guru's who are presenting at SWIS to the stage to demonstrate how they do their unique rehab exercises for various conditions. Each SWIS 2015 Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Chiropractor, and Medical Doctor, will be given 1-2 minutes each on how they would assess, stretch and strengthen various muscle dysfunctions like a tight psoas, or weak infraspinatus, or tight hamstring or weak rhomboid and dozens of other muscle dysfunctions.
In fact, I know there will be many great strength and conditioning specialists, therapists and doctors in the audience, and they are also allowed to come onto the stage to demonstrate their favorite technique.
Each rehab exercise will be filmed with close up cameras, so you can review it again later.
My goal is to have them demonstrate 20-30 new rehab exercises in 90 minutes, which can give you a whole new level of rehab protocols for yourself and your clients.
No fluff. No long winded explanations. Just straight "here is how you do the rehab exercise" demonstrated on Dr. Ken Kinakin.
