This session will elevate your understanding of rotation through a theoretical and hands-on experience. Assessment, weak link training and integrated sequential core ‘patterns’ will be presented. Implements like the Reebok Coreboard, Theraband, tubing, dumbells, barbells, med balls, & stability balls will be used to exemplify rotational concepts.
